Who is Evoque Lending?

Evoque Lending is the brand name (a registered DBA) of Loancutters, Inc., a California-based lending firm founded in 2005 by Eddie Luhrassebi. From our office in Beverly Hills, we provide DSCR loan programs for real estate investors and Non-QM loan programs for self-employed borrowers. You never have to take a lender's word for it. Two no-cost public databases let you confirm our status in just a few minutes.

NMLS Consumer Access (nationwide):

Go to NMLS Consumer Access.
Search for NMLS #337415 (our company) or NMLS #337071 (Eddie Luhrassebi).
Review the record: legal name, DBA names on file, registration status, and regulatory history.

California DRE public license lookup:

Open the California Department of Real Estate's website and go to its public license search (the "Verify a License" tool).
Search DRE License #01521538 (Loancutters, Inc.) or DRE License #01230650 (Eddie Luhrassebi).
Confirm the license type, status, expiration date, and any disciplinary actions.

Where is Evoque Lending available?

Loan programs are not available in all states.

Consumer-purpose programs (loans for a home you or your family will occupy, such as our bank statement and asset depletion programs for primary residences) are currently available only in California, where Evoque Lending is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
Business-purpose (investor) programs, including DSCR loans, are secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. Availability outside California depends on applicable state law. Contact us to confirm availability for your property's state before you plan a transaction around it.
