Eddie Luhrassebi has more than 29 years of experience in private, bridge, DSCR, Non-QM, and investor lending, working with real estate investors and borrowers whose financing needs fall outside traditional bank guidelines. He founded Evoque Lending in 2005 on a simple premise: investment property lending works best when the person structuring the loan understands both the property and the investor behind it.
His work includes bridge financing, DSCR loans, Non-QM financing, and other solutions for real estate investors and borrowers with complex financial profiles; programs that qualify a rental property on its own economics and offer alternative income documentation paths. He has structured financing across market cycles, from single rentals for first-time investors to portfolio transactions for experienced operators.
